Facing Giants: Essay ContestEver feel like life's issues are to big? Ever feel like your are insignificant in this great big world? Your generation can be a powerful force for change! As future leaders, you can produce innovative ideas about how to solve the political, economic, and social problems facing our world. Let your voice be heard! ZAO Magazine presents the "Facing Giants Essay Contest". This contest is designed to give you a voice, and allow you to see you can make a change in the world. Contest Rules: Write a 500 word essay about the greatest conecerns or challenges facing the following three:
Topics can include global warming, sex, music, war, ethnic injustice, and religious conflicts just to name a few. All entries must be submitted by individuals with a zaomagazine user account, who have accepted the terms of use. You may enter as many essays as you would like. The grand prize winner will receive a $25 gift card, a ZAO Magazine T-Shirt and have their essay published on ZAOMagazine.com. All submitted entrants must agree, that if their essay wins, they will allow ZAOMagazine.com to publish the essay to the site. Parental permission may apply. Entry Deadline: All entries should be submitted by July 15, 2008 to be considered. |
